Concerns with removing case back
I"m just curious,
In several post I have read were some Rolex owners seem to have a real issue when it comes to removing a case back. Some don't. We have to remove them for engraving, regulation and repair. As long it is performed by a qualified Technician (CH21) or Rolex certified I certainly don't have a problem with it. I would always wish my pieces to be regulated as best as possible and expect to have it regulated after I wear a new watch a month or so. If it does not need it then great. Mine are resealed, pressure tested and so forth when I get them back. So just being curious, what is the fear or concerns of having a watch opened up? Is there a issue lurking that some of us are unaware of? |
