RSC can check if the dial has been swapped? (white to black eg.))

Hello,

Can RSC check if the dial of a watch is the original dial when the watch came out of the factory? Eg. A white Daytona with its white dial swapped for a black one or vice versa Does RSC tell you that information or just tell you if the dial is authentic?
