Custom rainbow fun with my rose gold Daytona

I'm sure this will get some eye rolls but I decided to have some fun with my rose gold chocolate Daytona.

I had the bezel/dials made by Cagau in Dubai and they did an exceptional job for the price. I made sure that the case and bracelet were untouched so that i can go back to factory specs any time and my watchmaker will do a pressure test every time we make the swap.

Not something I'll wear in public too often but I am having a lot of fun wearing it around the house and playing with the light off the stones.

Here she is.

Screw what anyone says. This looks EPIC and considering how impossible it is to find the real one, this is the next best thing, from a great jeweler too. Post more pics for me :)

Thank you! I don't regret it one bit and am having so much fun wearing and looking at it. I've told my AD I want a real one many times but we all know there's a better chance of winning the lottery even though I have a good history and relationship with them. They've never actually seen a real one so they don't have one to give.

I will gladly take and post more pics later.

Take it to them and horrify them into ordering one for you

Nice. It's not something I would wear but I can appreciate it on others.

That is gorgeous timepiece, I would wear it everywhere.

I saw some diamond shops in NYC are selling these kinds of bezels and dials too.

Most here may not like this, but I LOVE it. Well done and thank you for sharing!

Would you mind PMing me the cost of the customization? I’m so curious. Looks so great

Thanks again!

I really love it! I have a Cartier rainbow love bangle and matching ring! Your watch would be perfect! Although my ideal dream watch is the yellow gold Daytona black Mop face.

Would love to see more pictures in the future!

That’s just brilliant. Especially without the crazy diamond on the lugs.

You absolutely should wear this in public. Might as well flaunt it a bit.

Looks great! I could never pull that off, but I definitely appreciate it.

My only question is why would you do this if you don't plan on wearing it outside of your house?

Bezels and dials are interchangeable. It's also your watch, so if you like it, why not. Just don't lose or sell your original parts haha.

The stones are real sapphires and the gold on the dial is real 14kt. I'm sure they're both custom made and not factory which is why you really have to trust your source. There's a lot of crappy versions of this aftermarket stuff out there. Cagau did an awesome job and I'd recommend them.

It looks great. Do they offer any guarantee on their work and the stones?

Love it. Lots of jewelers in NYC’s Diamond District do this.

That so reminds me of Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler, such a great movie.
