Incoming...First TT

I was given the green light over Christmas to start looking for a new piece for my modest collection. I’ve always known my next one would be a TT and initially thought it would be a Sub, but when the 126603 was introduced in 2019 my mind was made up.
I have been keeping an eye on the market, used and unworn examples can be had for a few hundred above retail so I thought there would be a decent chance of scoring one with a minimal wait. I’ll be turning 50 later this year and with rumours of a dreaded price increase I decided it was time to get serious, I Phoned the AD I purchased my DBlue from back in 2017 ...BINGO!! One in stock if I wanted it. I managed to wangle a trip with work that enabled me to collect this afternoon.

Congrats!! I got one a couple of months ago as well. When I first saw it I thought "OK, not sure anyone asked for it" and then I tried it on and fell in love and had to have it lol. It's one of my favorites now!

It's a beautiful watch. Looks great in 18K/SS with the yellow gold playing off the black dial and bezel.

Tried one of these on with the new model ‘roadshow’ last year, love the heft of it... wouldnt mind if the SS 12 series sub had the same feel...

Such a cool watch. I was never a two tone fan before. Then my wife surprised me with the TT SD for an anniversary present. When I initially put it on the wrist I was instantly a convert. Now it’s one of my favorite watches to wear. I love everything about it, especially the dial! Congrats!
