Christies "Important watches" auction (Very Rare Models Included)
Wasn't sure where to post this but Christie's is having a huge watch auction May 11th in Geneva.

can anybody explain what do the the two prices mean
i.e SFr.1000-2000 and then us 500-1500.... what does that SFr. stand for???

I'd be tempted to lob a bid in on one of the lower priced items, but that VAT and buyer's premium are killer.
I wonder why they don't charge the seller rather than the buyer, but maybe they do that too! |
