Purchase denied
I have made a purchas through an online store but they declined my purchase next day because their listed price was too low. I called em and argued but they weren't willing to sell me the watch. Is there something I can do about it? I have the paid receipt email and screenshots of the pages before they removed it.
And also the website was offering 10% off coupon code online today through youtube commercial but it didn't work. I felt like these guys are just full of bs. |

It's not uncommon to find out-of-date web pages with last year's prices. Many of these sellers don't even have the merchandise and could likely not source it for the price you paid them.

Hmmmm....
I usually get the "purchase denied" notice from my credit card company, not from the store.

Luxury Bazaar did this to me for an eBay auction also. They cancelled the transaction after I paid.

Purchase denied
Yeah now that we know the name is Luxury Bazaar this ought to be in WatchOut section.
I make it a policy to never buy from anyone whose name rhymes with bizarre...or, for that matter, Repo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I used to sell retail through an online retailer and sometimes there are old dead pages from the web page that people somehow found by doing specific keyword searches for items and finding it on page 10 of their search.
I have cancelled a few online purchases after payment because the item is either discontinued or the old dead page has a price on it from years past. This isnt uncommon for online shopping. Just because you add something to the cart and pay doesnt mean you will always get it. Also, Sometimes mistakes are made on the webpage by the art department who built the page and they may have written in the wrong price. Usually the employees in these departments are graphic artists and know nothing about the product itself. Most webpages have a caveat on their info page that states that what you purchase may not be available any longer and orders will be canceled without notice. Also, sales and sale codes usually have restrictions. Usually it too has a caveat which lists certain brands or models are not eligible. Check out #5 OP. You will find these same terms on just about every retail web page out there. https://www.luxurybazaar.com/terms/

I bought a Timex from them not long ago and the sale went very smoothly with no problems.
Now if it were a Rolex things might have gone differently. Actually felt like I was treated like a special customer. Kinda surprised about what happened in your case. For what it's worth, they got pretty good reviews on Google. |

Get your second refund and move on. Not worth the fight, will lose that anyway.
