Breitling Movements?

Since everyone here is so knowledgeable about watches and movements, what movements are found in Breitling watches? I have a seven year old crosswind, just curious whats inside.

Thanks

Chris

They use ebauche movements from ETA and Valjoux and are modified in the Breitling Chronometrie Workshops (former Kelek S.A.) before undergoing COSC tests. Now if your model is a three register Chronograph it has the Breitling cal13, its the (Valjoux 7750).But if your model is the two register big date version, that one uses the Breitling cal 44 (ETA 2892).Both excellent and long lasting accurate movements.

To be honest, the watch has been serviced only once last year, by my choice for no specific reason, the watch absolutely runs & keeps perfect time.

Thanks for the info Padi
