Advice needed - Rolex Oysterdate 1939

Hello, you may have seen me ask this on the New members thread already so apologies if you have.

I've recently been handed down a Rolex Oysterdate which I believe may be from 1939. It's a manual windup mechanism however it's currently not even moving. Could anyone give me some recommendations on where's best to look at having it repaired ? I'd ideally like to keep it as original as possible as it's extremely sentimental.

As you can see it's not had much love over the years.

I'm from the Norfolk area in the UK.
