AD appreciation

Don’t know if anyone has done this but here goes, I’d like to hear :-
where your from?
Who’s your AD / preferred dealer
Why they stand out over the competition and why you appreciate them

I will start
Manchester UK
Prestons Diamonds
Prestons stand out as they offer an experience that is more personal than the competition.

It's private information. The less you know, the better chance I have of getting my next piece!

I like my AD quite a lot too but really see no reason to name them. My “relationship” may not be the same experience as someone walking in because of a TRF endorsement. They certainly are not lacking for customers already.

Everyone here has a secret AD and special SA with magic access to all the hot references... so, you won’t see much sharing in this thread.

I liked Mountz Jewelers in Harrisburg PA because they had free cookies, and were not afraid to put oatmeal raisin out from time to time. But then they moved all the Rolexes to their main store in and did away with the cookies. They also offered me about half of what I'd get here for a TT GMT. You have to respect unabashed gall.

The family owned ADs are usually a hell of a lot more knowledgeable and offer better service than the big chains , It's just a shame there aren't many left these days
