Lebron and Rolex have a pick and roll play to bypass waitlists

Similar in color to the AP Volcano he wore when he announced the move to Miami.

He was the guy one above you on the imaginary AD list.

I'd venture a guess and say Lebron hasn't put his name on a list for anything...ever.

I think he’s a watch guy so goes straight to the source.

Some folks with hot watches don’t know how they got them. They tell someone in their entourage to source the watch. That person goes AD or grey and the said individual gets watch and doesn’t know or care or have any concept of how much watch costs or simply doesn’t care. The entourage has the task of creating a relationship with AD and the ADs are stuck trying to figure out how legitimate the person is.

Not the norm and doesn’t apply to LBJ but many celebs/super wealthy have situations like this.

Most celebrities have nothing to do with any list.

There is an individual assigned by continent that acts more or less like a brand ambassador. It’s an executive level position but I can’t recall the exact title.

I recall listening to an interview with T Walker Lloyd years ago that use to hold that position for North America, whom assisted in providing watches to many big name celebrities and sports figures in the 60s-80s I believe.

Him being an AP ambassador made me lose interest in the brand.

I am sure there is someone like this in New York RolexUSA HQ. Not sure how someone gets in to their club but after that it probably just takes a call to your concierge who then routes your piece to a dealer local to you.
It’s been noted here before that Ellen has been seen a few times in Geary’s Beverly Hills Boutique.

Lebron only bought the OP to build a relationship with the AD.

He wants a Pepsi at retail
