New sub bezel defect?

Just got my SubD today from the AD. I just noticed what seems like a defect on the bezel - tried to rub it off with a toothpick but no dice.

What do you think, defect?

Is it a chip or is there something on the bezel?

Looks like an impact. A slight chip with stress fractures around it.

Try some vinegar or something. Can you feel it with your finger nail or said toothpick?
