Interesting topic, if you ask the bank for a loan for say $10,000 and the bank then puts millions of dollars in your bank account and you withdraw it and go on holidays, have you committed a crime?
Somehow I think one would have a problem explaining how they could have honestly thought the bank was loaning them millions when they only asked for $10K Anyway, they will most likely have the time of their lives before going to jail

The pair have allegedly made off to Hong Kong with about NZ$6 mil. and living it up. The girl's mother is now helping the local police track them down. When we first came to NZ, I remember a day when my bank erroneously deposited NZ$25,000 into my account. I was too shocked out of my wits, so I promptly called up the bank and things were rectifed. They thanked me profusely, but no damn reward!!
