Pepsi Jubilee vs Green Sub
Thinking very hard but leaning towards the former. By Green Sub I mean the new reference (Starbucks, Cermit whatever nickname it’s called now!)
- Would've preferred the old Green Sub with the green dial - Feel the Jubilee bracelet is a nice change and looks very classy, also heard it's more comfortable? What are everyone's thoughts? |

Both of them are gorgeous and in the same level of popularity, get the one that sing to you or get both just like me.

I have both the Sub41 and the jubilee GMTc, and overall I think the Sub41 is a little more comfortable because of the glide-lock. Both are very comfortable though.

Had this same “dilemma”. Went with blro jubilee first. And now waiting on blro oyster.
I can work on Starbux later on. Gotta catch em all! |

I would aim to own both if I really liked them both and liked them equally. Past quality, wearing comfort, and all the desirables that your two candidates tie on, I would go for functionality first and so the GMT Master would be my choice for what I need and would regularly use.
This doesn't apply (for me at least) if we're talking 116610LV. The Hulk would be my first choice. But each to our own. There's nothing not to like about the 126610LV but a Hulk it ain't. And that's my tipping point. |

Unless you REALLY like green, this is an easy call (IMHO). BLRO on jubilee wins hands down. Better looking, way more versatile, classic and iconic, and has the GMT complication.
Don’t get me wrong. I have two modern subs, and think they are amazing watches. And I’d probably choose the black (or blue) sub over a BLRO for a one and only. But, for me the green just loses out in this case based on the limitations of the color. Again, this is highly personal. If you had/have multiple references and are looking to fill out “gaps” then the green would be a great add on. Of course, MANY will disagree with me. Which is cool. 126710 Pepsi, but I'd choose the Oyster bracelet over the Jubilee now that it's available. The GMT II does everything the sub does for recreational diving, plus it has the 24 hour dual time zone feature which I find very useful. In the end, though, choose the one you'll wear.

depends on which color you like more. personally, I hate green colors and I could never pull off a green watch.
I'd rather get a Black Sub over Green Sub, if it were me. Funny, just few years ago nobody wanted a green Sub, as most thought it was ugly. now that Hulk has been hyped on social media, everyone and his brother seems to want one. is this herd mentality? |

had pepsi and starbucks,
kept starbucks pepsi is boring to me, the current bezel colors are dark and boring, the jubilee is not very 'masculin'

Where were all the Hulk lovers 7 years ago when the AD's couldn't give them away?
