16710 service: will rolex sell me a jubilee and bezel?

Hi, I have a 16710 pepsi on an oyster braclet from 2004 that i purchased 3 years ago. I have a few questions about servicing:

when it comes time for servicing (i think it was last serviced in 2016), I was wondering if it is possible to ask rolex to put on a black bezel and jubilee braclet?

i have searched the forums and have seen different answers: that they won't do this at all, or they will do it but will not return the pepsi bezel and oyster braclet, or they will do it and send back the originals (I would like to keep them).

also, i would like to know how much this will cost; it is my understanding from reading the forum that the service will be around $1000, jubilee $1000, and bezel $100. would the watch's resale value decrease if i replaced these parts (not that i plan to sell; i think this is the only watch i will have for the rest of my life)

finally, i doubt they would do this and folks here would not recommend it, but would i be able to get a roulette date wheel as well?

thank you
