You should never sell a Rolex sport watch unless you NEED the money.

I have never heard anyone say they are glad they sold their Sub or Daytona but so many wish they hadn't.

I sold a Pre CBS 1964 Strat in 1982 for 650 dollars because I needed money to pay my bills. That guitar is worth over 70K now. Big mistake. Learned to keep things that are appreciating until you NEED to sell them and hopefully for most of us that need never arises.

Trading is another story.....but if you trade with dealers you will always lose. Like betting in a casino you are not going to beat the house for long if ever.
