Howdy Folks from the most Southern beach in Texas
Been a while since I posted a thread and even over a month since I even wore my newest Sub I picked up last year. I’m self employed and getting time off in the summer for me is usually next to impossible since I do HVAC work. But for whatever reason the phones were slow and the weather in South Padre Island called for high of 88 all week and sunny so we loaded up the SUV and hit the road. Hotel and beach is really nice and can even see the SpaceX launch site from here. Keeping my fingers crossed for another test launch while we are here over the next week. Either way it will be a nice week of spending quality time with the family before school starts.

Thanks everyone was a perfect day until the power went out for the whole south end of the island. They are slowly restoring power 1 hotel at a time and looks like there are 3 hotels in front of us. I can hear the people cheering on the beach every time they turn the power on for another hotel. Made for a perfect lume shot in the dark room. Amazing how bad the power is in Texas.
