Do U think I should...

Do U think I should trade SD43 Pre owned, SS Wimbledon oyster Pre owned and a OP White dial 39 + $8-10K for a SS BLRO jubilee and a Cermit both brand new?

Both pepsi and Cermit would come my way.

Thanks!

Watches-for-watches, sure (assuming you bought at out near msrp). No cash.

No.

I own the BLRO, love it. I also like the ceramic sub LV. But I wouldn’t trade all that + cash for them.

I wouldn't. Way too much for the BLRO and LV.

So, 3 watches plus $10k for 2 watches? Terrible deal.

No way, I own both and I would not trade 3 watches plus 8-10k for 2. No cash out of pocket then maybe.

No way! Not me, anyhow.

The three watches you currently own are a nearly-perfect 3 piece collection, especially if you view it from a rational perspective given that you incorporate white/slate/black dials, a great everyday piece (OP), a diver with fantastic water resistance and sporty, beefy construction and quality (SD43) plus a dressy, snazzy, utterly classic piece (DJ).... so you'd lose that dynamic and balanced set that covers all occasions and every attire, PLUS lose 10k... to pick up two incredibly over-hyped pieces???

Ignore the cost because if you want these two watches BLNR and Cermit, then this is what it cost on the secondary market today, and if you have asked a few dealers, and this is your best offer for the watches and you can afford it, then why not get what you want.

Check the prices on DavidSW for pre-owned vs. new and do the math, if it's just about numbers.

Maybe, just because I dont like any of the watches you are giving up (SD too big and bulky and for what?, Wimbledon Oyster-odd color combo in my opinion and what happened to 9 like really they put in a dash....really, and OP-well it has no date) and its hard to go wrong with a Sub and GMT. Now, I cant comment on the cost as that's up to you what the "value" is to you.

Do U think I should...

What is the total cost of these three watches now vs what is the cost of the two watches you’re getting? In retail price I mean.

No doubt Pepsi and Cermit are the hottest GMT and Sub watches. Had it been without the money, it would be a good deal definitely. It’s hard to say. Currently all these watches, except the white OP I think, are hard to get. Plus 8-10k on top means you’re practically paying for four watches and will get two! That’s some premium!

If you happen to want the SS BLRO jubilee and a Cermit more than I don't see why not. Go for it.
