Would you?

I was in my AD yesterday trying to get an OEM black croc strap for my 88 and inquired about a 312. They have one coming in next week and it can be mine with a 15% discount. I had understood that no discounts were being found on these but even though I'm not really ready I'm thinking I should do it before they come to their senses. Your thoughts?

If you like the watch when you see it in person then I'd say yes. I like the simplicity of the 312. Small second hand, date function, three day power reserve, sandwhich dial, see-thru back and fiddy case

312 has a very clean look.. i like it.. out of intrest .. how much will it be after the 15% discount.. coz our local dealer gives discount but the starting price is way above the norm.. so the discount is kinda no discount

I really like everything about it as Paulie described it. I had already decided it would be the next Pam. Haven't seen it in person yet but I've got a feeling I'm going to like it even more. Price is $7400 minus 15% discount plus 7.75% tax, so net price would be $6777.48. The timing is wrong but if you guys think it's a nobrainer I'm going for it. Between my son and I we've bought six watches from these guys and I have referred another 5 or 6 people to them who have bought so maybe they are treating me right because of this, dunno.

It's a decent discount, I didn't get any discount from my AD on a 312. I would be careful though as I've seen them listed for $10k and up but I don't recall seeing anyone picking one up for that price either. There was on on ebay last night that had a $10,499 opening bid and a BIN option for $11, 499 but it ended with no bidders. I think the price is way too high!

Go for it...Paulie summed up all of the 312's best qualities perfectly.
