There were 2 price increases since your purchase till Sep 2021, 41k+ first (IIRC) and then to 44.3k in Sep 2021. No price increases since, I bought 3 APs between Oct ‘21 and Nov ‘21 and the prices in SGD has remained unchanged today.

I haven’t checked the online pricing for a long time, didn’t realise the price went up in Sept.

Prob room for more increases, secondary market continues to increase.

For most people, they probably aren't even aware of the price increase.
Still, I think AP is being too aggressive with their quarterly price changes.
Of course, I have a vested interest in saying this because I don't want to pay extra by the time I get a call for something....
