Help with watch selection to compliment Pepsi

I just purchase the new 2021 GMT II Pepsi on Jubilee via grey market and am having second thoughts if I should have gotten the new Batman on Oyster instead from a versatility standpoint. The Pepsi is amazing, but find it slightly less so with suits vs casual and based on forums, pics, think the Batman would have been better all around. I plan on buying a second watch, and was originally thinking the new black 41 sub date to compliment it, but debating if I should flip the Pepsi for the Batman as well. Does anyone own both GMTs and have a strong opinion on which gets the most wrist time or faced a similar dilemma? I’ve read the threads on preference, but seems most people don’t actually own both of these. Or should I just get the Batman as the second watch and forget the sub? Ideally looking for input from people that own all of these pieces.
