Alexander from WatchAdvisor on Rolex market
Have you all seen this video?
https://youtu.be/_vIAiuTPS-I Alexander from WatchAdvisor discusses a friend's bad experience at a Rolex AD. It reminded me of Rolex's official statement, washing their hands of the whole situation "It should be noted that Rolex watches are available exclusively from official retailers, who independently manage the allocation of watches to customers" Bummer, but i can only control what i can control |

He seems to have a bit more access as a watch journalist than that. Lange Odysseus launch, Speedmaster 321 launch, has interviewed Thierry Stern on more than one occasion etc.
Anyway it doesn't really matter who he is per se, it's a question of whether his observation is valid. He happened to release this and it seemed relatively newsworthy for a rolex messageboard website. |

He’s a fine guy struggling like everybody with the changes in the media industry and, like many actors from the old world, reinvented himself as a YouTuber. What’s wrong with that?
Met him at an even once, a very friendly person and very well informed.
