Distinguishing Real vs refaced Explorer 5500 & 1016

I am new to this forum.
I have had a 1988 15010 datejust that my father bought new for me when I graduated college. Been very spoiled having it.
I just recently got the bug to by a Rolex for myself and found myself focusing in the 5500 and 1016 models. Something vintage.
I even bought a beautiful 1970 5500 AirKing a few weeks ago from my authorized Rolex dealer in the process of looking for a vintage Explorer.
I have thumbed through some of the documented threads regarding the many hurdles in finding a "real" one.
I have been scanning Chron24
It seems apparent in some of the listings where you can clearly tell what looks like a redailed watch.
However there are some that are hard to tell.
It seems like it is very hard to capture the detail of a correct dial in pictures.
It is also very hard to fully understand what they are actually selling (not asking).
Can anyone share any detailed pictures of an original dial? Also I would assume there might be more than 1 version of an original dial.
I know that the 5500 Explorer could be either precision 1520 or super precision 1530.
I am open to buying a refaced 5500 AirKing but am not sure on what a fair price would actually be.
What would an original know face be worth if you could find one?
The Explorer look is one of the most intriguing look in my eye.
Just trying to stimulate fellow forum members to share information that will help me and others on the mystery of the these Explorers
Regards
Peter

There are some other websites I found as well.

I would post them here but this site will not allow me to do so until I get to 10 posts.

I am new here but look forward to continued conversations.
