Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar rose gold discontinued

It seems that Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar rose gold discontinued

It’s not listed in the current watches anymore but listed in the Legacy Watches

Weird it was releases 2019 & they have just released Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar white gold

What do you think guys

Makes sense. Trying to make all QP models rare and exclusive. Plus limited movements anyways so have to drop one to add another in the manufacturing line up.

That's a shame, I found the Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar one of the most attractive of the line.

They relegated 11 watches to the Legacy section yesterday. The current collection went from 261 to 250 yesterday. As far as I could tell, they were all Codes.
Noticed for example they removed the silver dial time-only code. They also removed the purple dial purple gator time-only code (but left the purple dial on kevlar live).

Good point

But it’s awkward to discontinue the rose gold to launch the white gold

Too bad - I tried it some time ago and I thought it looked great and was one of the nicest CODEs. IMO, the aventurine dial goes better with the pink gold than with the new white gold case, but apparently AP thinks differently.

Hope they don't discontinue the RG ceramic case chrono before I can get my hands on one.

One of the rare Code that benefited from its minimal design ethos.

Indeed, 14 Codes were discontinued.
I was lucky to pick up mine in December before price increase and now discontinuation.
The RG case for me looks better than WG.
The RG Perp. Calendar was one of the nicest.

Any idea how many pieces being produced? SA mentioned 100 a year was the target from 2019 initial launch

I seem to recall that my boutique once said that they get 1-2/year. So, 100/year to boutiques would be in that ball park.

Just came from AP House. The Code 11.59 Perpetual Calendar RG is not discontinued. They offer the RG will with a blue Kevlar strap, and not the alligator strap. So both RG and WG are offered with the bleu kevlar strap. They probably have to update their website...

This is spot on. Website has just been updated and this is exactly what happened. Back to 260 on the current collection with all those codes back on Kevlar straps.

You are right bro

But the weird thing is when you browse the whole current list the rose gold perpetual Calendar with Kevlar strap shows on & wen you browse the Code 11.59 current models the rose gold perpetual Calendar with Kevlar strap doesn't show

maybe some issues with the website

I still see the RG in the legacy page and only the white gold is shown as a current perpetual code model.
