Setting the date on 2021 TT Sub
Hi everyone,
I have followed this forum for a few years but I wanted to join only when I got my first Rolex. That day came last week when I got the latest TT Blue Sub. It is so beautiful I never imagined that day would come. I’m very excited to have joined this community and I look forward to connecting with many of you and talking about our passion for watches. That being said, I was checking my watch at 11:30-ish last night and saw that the date had already changed ahead of time. I did some research and saw this usually happens. Is that true? That’s not my concern nonetheless. I read that for most automatic movements there is a specific time window (in terms of where the hands are on the dial) where you can change the date. I think it was something like 6pmAny change of date outside of that window can potentially harm your movement. Is that the case? Thank you in advance for taking the time to help me look into this.
