I’m guessing you weren’t happy with the wait time on an openwork piece from your other thread?

Dear AP, I wrote you but still ain't callin'
I left my cell, my pager, and my home phone at the bottom
I sent two letters back in autumn, you must not-a got 'em
There probably was a problem at the post office or somethin'
Sometimes I scribble addresses too sloppy when I jot 'em

I believe they monitor forums especially in this day and age. They would be crazy not to since this a direct link to their most hardcore fan base. That’s why we’re all here. That being said I just don’t know if they will ever make contact.

Just message “Horoloupe” on Instagram,
AP management consults with him a lot regarding what clients want (:
Francois had like a 30 minute interview with him online after the new anniversary announcements

What is it you want to tell AP? If, indeed, they have a "team" monitoring this forum, won't they read your message here? Wouldn't that save everyone's time?

I love this thread, makes me smile.

In all seriousness, AP does indeed frequent this forum and many others I imagine. They'd be silly not to. This time last year AP actually hosted a dozen or so of us in an online get together, specifically for TRF. They definitely aren't oblivious to us. But, I myself have grown very tired of the internet watch world in general, it has changed a lot in the last couple of years, that's why I rarely post here any more, but don't take that personally. I've made a lot of great friends on her. But it wouldn't surprise me if AP values us keyboard warriors less than they used to.

To the OP, I'm sure your post was as much in a sarcastic tone as it was serious, thanks for the smile. Nevertheless the sentiment resounds with many.

The bottom line is that AP does 'listen' to us and to their customers, they have many events and interactions with their customers, not just Austen (Horoloupe) or other VIPs, but real people. It's like anything though, those interactions aren't necessarily well known, so 'we' feel unheard, but that's simply a factor of any billion dollar organisation and the law of big numbers, I can't predict what one person can do, but I can be pretty certain what a crowd will do.

If the OP really is angry/serious and not just having fun with us, then contact AP, especially if you genuinely are a customer already. They'll listen, but that doesn't mean that they'll act, but they'll show you the courtesy you deserve.

Again, a funny post, I love it, it's the only post for a while that has made me want to participate :)
