If you’re referring to the pin ceramic sleeves. Only Day Date presidential bracelets have them incorporated. No other models to my knowledge. (Maybe) pearlmasters too.

not all have them depends what year your DD is 40 DD started the trend 36 for a long time did not

Now they do the ceramic sleeve are there basically to stop the bracelet wear as gold being much softer metal than SS. What did happen was the pin holes could elongate and wear a lot quicker with PM watches over SS, but still best to wash regular and keep clean.
