3 week wait from AD!

Just picked this up about an hour ago, asked for it 3 weeks ago expecting to wait a very long time and unexpectedly got the call this week! Dial is actually very nice in person, especially when the light hits it! Very happy.

Gorgeous. I’m on the 3 year plan for that one :-)

How do you imagine that happened so quickly?

Honestly no idea. So I started a new relationship at this AD about 4 months ago, I asked for a fluted Azzurro blue DJ 41 on a jubilee to get started, which I got within 2 weeks. I then scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago to order the OP41 and was super surprised to get the call so quickly! I had a relationship with a completely unrelated AD overseas whilst I was working abroad so when setting up this relationship I made them aware of that and that I already had a few nice pieces in the collection.

All the people who write and ask about creating a "relationship" and needing to buy hundreds of thousands of dollars of jewelry and other watches to get their Rolex should read this thread.

I guess they should move to Bermuda instead.

OP, congrats on the OP!

I’ve actually moved back to the UK so had to set up a new relationship, which is where I got this watch from! The last watch I got from the Bermuda AD was a Pepsi but that took 3 years to land into my hands!

Gulp. I should probably not complain about my 2.5 months.

Completely love the modern/minimal look of the OP with the wonderful green dial. Have had mine since summer 2021. The green color is outstanding!

This watch was kind of an impulse buy for me. It quickly became one of my favorites.

The only thing better than getting a new watch is telling everyone how quickly you received it. Congrats!

Congrats! I love the green dial. Green, yellow and Tiffany blue are my three favorite dials. If you can get one at retail, they are really fun watches, especially for the summer months.

Was just the shock to be honest! Was expecting to wait a very long time! I patiently waited 3 years for a jubilee Pepsi 😅

Congrats. As you said the brightly colored OP’s are “fun watches.” Rolex quality and design language with a whimsical touch. Not for everyone but I’m sure you will enjoy it OP.
