That’s what they had written somewhere, can’t remember where though…(might be on another forum, in an article or even in a YouTube video).
I could have misunderstood or it could be an advertising trick (or even a myth). Doesn’t really matter at this price point…. Have you ever heard that statement before? |

Yes, but only regarding the Grand Seiko 9F quartz movement. Seiko suggests (no guarantee) that it will likely go 50 years with no service required.
