Suggestions/advice on DJ31 for wife

Wife is wanting a Datejust 31 in yellow gold with a President bracelet. Difficult part is she wants a smooth bezel, not the fluted. Since this configuration is not available from an AD I see 4 options.

1. Get over it and go fluted
2. Wait and see if Rolex brings out something new
3. Buy and have bezel switched (and never send to RSC)

Any other options or suggestions? Since we're not in a rush I assume her preference might change and problem is solved.
