That’s a tough choice. I think I’d go with the standard blue or green instead of the motif dials. Ask me again next week, and I might have a different answer.

I need to see this motif dial in person but man I like what I've seen so far. If picking from photos only I think motif is the winner.

I guess I'm in the minority liking the original blue index dial better. The blue motif dial just appears too busy for me.

Retraction: After spending time looking at tons of images of the blue motif dial on DJ36’s, I prefer my blue index dial. It’s subtle sunburst effect is less busy and not as distracting to the eye.

This could change again tomorrow… but no bad choice here.

I like the Motif but obviously this is personal preference. There is no right answer.

If anyone has a link to a live video of this watch please post. Haven't seen any real world shots of the 41 motif dial.

A picture of both dials would be nice.

I opt for the normal blue.

Not sure how to feel about the motiff dial. It may not be as timeless as the regular.

The fluted dial is an interesting addition, unfortunately it is too jarring for me. I realised last year with the DJ36 that I really prefer the regular smooth dial.

I've seen the Motif dial in person on the 36 and it's stunning!
