Kinda sad Tudor didn't reintroduce the Ranger

They could literally just hit up the parts bin and use a BB58 case and bracelet. 39mm Ranger to take the place of the discontinued 39mm Exp I. I think if they had introduced this and made the BB Pro a polar, people would have gone nuts.

Having said that, Tudor has a really cool Air, Land, and Sea trio with the BB GMT, Pro, and 58.

I sort of agree. Someone posted something about the Ranger, I looked into it and it would have been a nice intro at this time. I really like some of the other Tudors also!

Well. Last year they opened up with Black Bay 58s in multiple metals and the chronos. Then later in the year released the FXD. I look forward to the mid year releases as well

You're wishing for the impossible OP!
- Reason1: Name isn't "Black Bay"
- Reason2: It doesn't have a Snowflake hand

In before the Tudor die-hards: "But the snowflake is THE one thing that defines Tudor!"

For me the BB41 is too simple. I prefer some numbers on the face like the ranger and the explorer. And I'm not bothered by the snowflake.

And therein lies your answer: Rolex doesn't want to cannibalize Explorer I 36mm sales.

I would have liked to have seen an updated Ranger with the in-house movement. I always thought it worked well as a Rolex Explorer alternative. Maybe in the future.

Wearing mine today. Sold my Explorer and kept this one. Love the ETA movement...still running great after nearly eight years and keeping perfect time if left crown-up overnight. (So is my Black Bay, which is two years older).

Honestly, they should have just tweaked the North Flag instead of discontinuing it. Given the current fervor for integrated bracelet designs, it would be doing gangbusters right now if it was simply tweaked to thin it out a little bit, replace the hands with snowflake hands, and replace the power reserve with a “9.”

Don't put snowflake on it. It was a cool watch just as originally created.

Agreed. Minor tweaks was all that was needed. The power reserve is honestly unnecessary and would look much better with a 9. If they insisted on keeping the PR, it could be moved to the posterior side like GS does. Would rather they maintain the Asegai spear hand and maybe a skeletonized yellow 24 hour hand if incorporating a dual time complication.
