How come we don’t have certified pre owned Rolexes like cars?
Like well checked out, fairly newer vehicles available at your local dealer backed by a OEM warranty. How come Rolex, Omega, Breitling, etc authorized dealers don’t have Certified pre owned timepieces?

Doesn’t Tourneau and maybe other companies have their own version? Not the worst idea for the factory to have a similar program…

Huh? It would conflict with the branding. They aren't in the "used cars" business (using your analogy). Plus, what you are describing is RSC..but that would be from a private seller/Grey.
