What does your watch go through?

I’ve been lurking a while and I see many posts to the effect of can I do X with my Rolex on. Some examples would be:

1) Can I go in a Sauna
2) Can I run with it on?
3) Can I Skydive with it?

Can we flip it around? Can we list some of the extreme condition activities (keep it clean) we actually do with our watch on with no apparent ill effects?

I (uncomfortably) run with my Subdate (I run after work and don’t want to leave my watch in my office)

One of my hobbies is cooking, and of course I do not immerse my hand in boiling water, but tons of steam exposure occurs.

Let’s see what conditions others subject their tool watches to with no problems.
