DJ41 on Rubber….

Opinions on it? I’m around boats and in and out of water, sweating and swelling etc… the bracelets just get too tight after a while. Snagged this RubberB and thought it looks slick.

That was the whole idea. Living on the Virgin Islands found it to be fitting lol. The white doesn’t wash out with the strap which was my concern.

Actually, I'm pleasantly surprised. That is very tasteful. When I opened up this thread, I was thinking, "this is going to look stupid." But yeah, it looks great...

LMAO I feel everyone might think that. Trust me I sat on the RubberB page for about an hour and then Google images of straps on DJ

I don't hate it and I fully expected to hate it before clicking. So they make Rubber B for Datejusts now? I had no idea

It's a shame that they don't make the version where you take the clasp and integrate it like they do with other models. They have it for the 11 reference datejust but not the 12 references.

I even wrote RubberB and email asking them if they were planning to make a strap for the newer datejust models but they never replied.

Yeah unfortunately they only make it for the new DJ with the tang. I would love to be able to use the clasp, maybe eventually .

Wow!

Like many others, I was not expecting this.

The white on white combo is really striking and refreshing! What an awesome combo!

Any watch ever made by Rolex will look worse on rubber, my opinion.

I think it looks ok. I personally however find rubber to be more uncomfortable with wrist swelling.

I always like the change-up especially during the summer months when the watch will see the water. The white with white is very nice. I do prefer the bracelets as far as appearance but from a practicality perspective when I'm in the water a lot I like the rubber straps. I also like them a bit more with a folding clasp. The straps are an easy and reversible modification!

Waiting to see it on the wrist. I’ve been mulling with the idea of marrying my Datejust 41 with a RubberB. I think it’ll look better with a smooth bezel case

I have always preferred DJ on a leather strap. A rubber strap on a fluted bezel is something my eyes can't get used to.

Looks great!

The case shape of the Daytona is very similar to the DJ. I think the RubberBs look awesome and the perfect way to take a dressier piece and “summer-ize” it
