Bring out your flamethrowers... Can I modify a 127610 bezel to 120 clicks?
I'm curious how easy it would be to modify a new 127610 GMT Master ii bezel from 24 clicks to 120 clicks?
Can this be done, how? I don't care about Rolex refusing service, anything can be reversed. If it is my watch, I'm not afraid to modify it. Thank you in advance for your help |

is the inside of the bezel like the older bezels with indents for the click spring to puch up against? If so, couldn't I simply buy a replacement bezel and cut the proper shapes into it?
I have a full jewelry studio at my house with a flex shaft and over 600 tiny tools for it. |

I wont go as far as to say you definitively cannot modify it to 120 clicks. Anything is possible. Any such modification would be permanent in my opinion.
You cannot modify it to the Rolex style of 120 clicks. There are differences in several components including the case itself between the Sub and GMT styles. |

Genuinely answering:
I was curious if anyone had already done this so I could learn from their experience of what worked and what did not. I've heard the same naysayers when it comes to modifying cars, "No you can't double the boost on your jaguar, or no, you can't add a turbo to your porsche..." The cars in my garage would disagree. |
