Will RSC put LEC service crystal on older watch?

I haven’t found a recent thread on this (apologies if I’ve missed one), and the last mention I saw seemed uncertain or inconsistent.

RSC is going to replace the crystal on my P-serial 36mm DD, which did not (best I could tell) have a laser etched crown.

Is it likely (certain?) that the new service crystal will have one? Mainly a point of curiosity for me. Wondering about other people’s recent experiences.

Yes they will. I have a 1999 16700 that recently came back from RSC with a LEC crystal.

Expect you will have a LEC crystal but no big deal either way.

I had an A-serial 16710 with a chipped crystal that was replaced with one with an LEC.
