Major incoming 15510ST

Today I finally got the call! My 50th anniversary piece was in. I live a few mins away from the Boston boutique so I walked there not knowing what to expect. I though I would get a chronograph in gold or steel and was just hoping it would not be the in a dial color I have. Little did I know that the boutique had just gotten their first 15510ST in Ruthenium (a dial color I do not own)

Pretty stoked with this and grateful for the folks at AP especially the Boston boutique.

I, for one, cannot get anywhere with them and I got a really good AP purchase history, although from another store before Boston was opened. It's always: 'sure maybe soon' but never happens. Perhaps they go directly to that famous grey dealer down the street, he's got lots of them.

1) With the watches you have purchased in the past, are they still all registered under your name? If not and there are more than 1 that has changed ownership - you might have been flagged - if so, have a conversation...

2) Have you setup a profile with them? They like diversity in types of watches and brands?

When I went there, they pulled up my purchasing history and saw all APs I'd ever bought, I don't think there are any changes in ownership.
How do I set up a profile? you mean just register all my other watches on their website?

It's definitely not easy these days. I had purchased a ROC from them on day 1 when they opened back in late 2020. It took all the way up to Feb of 2022 for a second piece which was a Code. In the 2 years in between I had tried to get another RO or ROO Diver but they had a lot people they needed to take care of until they were able to get me something. All I can say is keep dropping in and I am sure if you are open to a Code or ROO as a first piece from them you may be able to start a relationship soon with them. Hope you get the call soon man!

Wow congrats! I’ve tried on a silver dial 155110 at AP but this is the 1st I’ve seen of anyone receiving one as I didn’t think they were out yet. Still only two colours on the AP website. Anyway we’ll done :-)

I’ve a silver 15500 so never asked about availability but I tried on the 15510. Was going to try on the blue dial but it was out on a photo shoot. Apparently Harrods had the first exhibition model as someone else posted on here, that it was in their window when they had an RO exhibition there.

This post is the first I’ve seen anywhere of an incoming of the 15510.

Also a congratulations from me, the 15500/15510 is my favorite AP. Happy for you. Enjoy it as much as I enjoy my 15500! It's such a great watch to wear.

Congratulations! Collected the same piece yesterday. The new design do make the watch looks smaller than 15500ST.

As I mentioned in my post I got it from the Boston boutique where I have bought the majority of my pieces. I was definitely skeptical early on in the year that I would get allocated any piece when all I got told was "yeah, maybe, we'll see, it's tough". Little over a month ago my SA told me that he was positive I was going to get a 41mm model but that he was unsure which one. It os definitely a nice turnaround and I could not be happier!

Lucky u!

I think when they say - I’m positive about allocating u a watch - it’s almost for sure.

My SA said the same to me a month ago after I bought a 34 Ro for my wife so I’m kind of waiting without big doubts about a 41 mm 15510 for myself.

Could you please share some pictures of the watch in daylight? I’m so curious

Thanks.

Thanks mate! I got it from Macao and I was told to have a chance to get a pc of 50th RO early this year. I told my SA that I would love to collect any of the new model apart from 26715 (no 50th RO rotor lol).

Yes, I initially expressed my interest for 15550ST but the market was too hot at that time during the 1st round of 50th RO release. I didn't get any call from SA. Few days ago, I was lucky to collect this one, possibly the first person to get it (not sure).
