Feedback on Octo Finissimos?
Have an opportunity to purchase the 10th anniversary model. Wanted to hear some feedback from current owners.

Oh my, my wife and i love that version. I have the normal blue dial, yet this special edition is really nice. Thought they were all sold out at ADs. Try it on... your decision.

I have the 102713 (original titanium). Really light, really comfortable, definitely not everyone's cup of tea. It's understated but striking at the same time.
Not an everyday wearer, but pretty versatile in terms of dressing up or down. That 10th anniversary model is super cool. |

Just got the text last night from AD saying they just got it in. Chrono was already spoken for, this was available for me. Unfortunately not a local AD so won’t be able to try this exact piece. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I value comfort so I enjoyed my Chrono GMT. At the time I received a healthy discount so that helped. Finishing is meh but you can’t deny the design and comfort. I would entertain another at some point. Sold during covid when I flushed a lot of stuff.

As much as I love chronos, I think the 42 would have been too big for me. Im being offered 10% off MSRP. I think it’s a fair deal on this piece. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I like your special limited edition even more. I own an OF matte dial in black with the SS bracelet. Purchased new from an AD. Absolutely love everything about it. It’s an elegant and sporty piece all in one. I don’t wear it daily, but reserve it for nights out and special occasions. It’s a piece you can enjoy at the beach or a tuxedo. Wears thin and light as expected. The movement is a joy to watch. It’s accurate roughly at +5 s/day and has 60 hrs of power reserve. 100 mtrs water resistance for such a thin case and exposed movement is a marvel. Crown is screw down. Note, it has no lume, so it doesn’t make sense to wear it while sleeping.

Your call, what size is your wrist? Seems like they're making you a nice deal too.

I love mine. Comfortable and interesting design. But wouldn’t recommend for a wrist smaller than 7”. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It’s an amazing watch. Love the design. My only issue with it is that it has “Bulgari” on the dial. It’s my own irrational bias, I understand, but when I read the name I can only think of women fashion. I just can’t get past it.
So for me, I prefer the skeleton version (still has Bulgari but hardly noticeable) or even better the Tadao Ando version (1.0 or 2.0) with no branding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

BTW: A guy on another board has both (Chrono and the one you're getting). He loves 'em both :)

Love the model. i have the ceramic Revolution/Rake 'Nuclear option' with the fully lumed dial. Great under-the-rader watch and the perfect 'black sweater watch'.

I really like this watch's design, but on my wrist even the 38mm version looked too big.

So let’s see some pics!!!! Absolutely love mine. I have the three hand version in steel. So light and comfortable. The bracelet is amazing. It wears pretty large for its specs, as the dial is wide, the case is square, and the bracelet, although tapered, is very wide at the case. |

The Satin polished steel versions are some of the nicest imo. As Hoppe's pic above demonstrates, I think these pieces look even better with some scaring and scuffing. Truly dynamic in person.

I picked up the blue dial, stainless model in March and it's kind of a "sleeper" for me.
When I look at it in the watch box, it doesn't really move me or inspire me to wear it. But, when I put it on and step into the sunlight with it, I remember why I was so passionate when I bought it. The blue of the dial is stunning and the way the bracelet catches the light is mesmerizing. I also really appreciate the way silky feel of the way the bracelet moves. I'm definitely a fan of this watch. |

The OF, in my opinion, is severely underrated. It is one of the most original designs of the past, I don’t know, three decades? Beautiful movement. Only negative in my opinion is the movement - some winding efficiency issues, but that is not too abnormal on thin watches with a micro rotor. This one always brings a smile to my face.
The only thing, in my view, is that it has to fit your wrist. My wrist is a flat 7” and it works very well. |

YES!!! Good add as the bracelet does feel like silk on the wrist.

I have the gmt chrono, and love it. It doesn’t get as much wrist time as others of late, but it is a wonderful piece.
