The Watch that came back

I had this watch and let it go several years ago . Then this watch was discontinued and the prices were ridiculously high to buy back. I waited and it paid off.I got a great deal full set unpolished. My patience finally paid off when it comes to buying watches( I’m not patient) but I’m very happy this market dropped and many of us that truly enjoy and wear these timepieces could take advantage of this market .

Congratulations on owning again.

Don’t think I could ever part with mine, it’s so unique.

Love 'em. Looking for one, but the price hasn't come down enough yet for me to bite. Eye is peeled tho.

Good snag OP.

I just traded mine for a 116500 Daytona. I do miss the Hulk though. I'll probably end up with another just like you.

It’s just soo nice OP. Honest to God I was in Blue Marlin(Islamorada,FL) about well I can’t remember but they had one in the case and passed on it. I had cash and a card. I’m from not too far from there and would stop in frequently when they were an AD. In hindsight I regret not buying on the spot. Congratulations on such a beautiful sub date. I would’ve rather had the LV than my LB. Imo the current and past versions of the “ Kermit” aren’t on the same level.

Congrats! The most unique Sub in my view.

I managed to pick up mine few days before it was discontinued and just took it out for rotation.
