Sub Date 3235 Movement Knock and Slow

A while ago I dropped my rolex box with the sub inside. It was just small drop of about 6 or so inches height.

What was weird is that the watch had no power, but started to move afterwards.

I didn't think much of it at the time, but then my watch went from perfect accuracy over a week to losing what I think is about 2 seconds per day (I am now starting to measure more accurately). The watch is a few months old

I just wanted to ask a few questions because prior research hasn't given me conclusive answers:

1) Is it true that a Rolex should never lose time? Only gain?
2) Did dropping the watch / box cause damage?
3) Am I worrying over nothing?

Thanks for the help
