Rolex Submariner-Vintage model 1680
Rolex Submariner-Vintage model 1680
redsub21 ( 0 ) Opionions on this one guys? Vintage Rolex Submariner 1680. Estimated production year 1977-1978. All 100% original ,only newer parts are the Bezel gasket (spring) and luminescent dot (pearl). Great patina, original dial, hands, plastic crystal and bezel. Newer Non Rolex sport strap, but the style of the strap fits the model and era. It's just a great example of a Vintage Submariner 1680, it hasn't been sanded or buffed down to nothing and has nice crisp edges. The watch has some light surface scratches which can be seen on the pics, I didn't replace the bezel insert because it's in great shape for being 30 years old and belongs with the watch. The watch keeps excellent time. I do not except returns.

Nothing glaring at me with this piece..... (other than sellers total lack of feedback history and mediocre photos)
From the long distance photos - case, dial, hands, engravings, etc all look good. Anyone else???? |
