Rubber strap for Tudor GMT Pepsi

Hi all,

Thinking of purchasing a Tudor GMT Pepsi but want to wear it on a rubber strap so have a few questions for any owners?

1. Other than Rubber B (not sure they do one) or Everest what other brands are there that have a curved end that fit the 22mm lugs?

2. Can you get one with a deployment clasp - do I need to purchase a Tudor version of this to fit the rubber strap?

Thanks in advance and pictures most welcome of your current Tudor GMT on rubber

Dan

Crafter Blue do one, although I don't think it works with the deployant

If you get a strap that needs a deployant, there are plenty of "generic" Tudor deployants out there on places like eBay - i.e. copies but without the Tudor branding.

Bonetto Cinturini rubber straps are my favorite. Here are the rubber nato and 400C w/ custom end links.

Realizing the end links/buckle would be titanium, would the rubber strap from the Pelagos 42 fit the BB GMT? Could theoretically be had in blue or black and with its pin buckle the difference in metal might be less noticeable.

I’ve to say those straps look pretty good. Tudor watches are really starting to grow on me.

Thanks! It was a tight fit and did require some sanding of the rubber ends around the spring bars. But the end links add such a seamless look.

I thoroughly recommend Vanguard as they taper nicely, match the Tudor heft and hug the wrist properly (unlike Everest which splay out from the wrist).

Rubber B is a more dainty strap and doesn’t have the same colours that Vanguard do.

I have blue Vanguard on my BB GMT and red Vanguard on my BB Harrods.

Looks very good either way - my watch arrived today but the strap will be here by the weekend so I can then fit and photograph

Red on the Harrods would be interesting to see?

First pics on a Vanguard strap. Very comfortable indeed and very easy to fit - more to follow when my other strap arrives

If you go onto the Official Tudor Black Bay Owners thread and scroll back to 16/03/22 you’ll see my Harrods on the red Vanguard.

It’s probably a bit too colourful in hindsight but I really rate the Vanguard straps highly - better than Everest (in my opinion) and close to Rubber B standards. They only now need to broaden out their colours a bit more.

I also have my BB GMT on the blue Vanguard and it’s been on for over 12 months - that’s how good it is and looks. My only minor gripe is I would like another hole between the first and second to truly fit my wrist.
