Any one have any experience with Rolliworks?
I installed too long of spring bars while cleaning the bracelet i didn’t realize it until it was too late. I had to pry the bracelet off I did it as gently as I could but there are a couple dents on the case it’s completely cosmetic but it bothers me. I would like to get it fixed any recommendation would be appreciated

The search feature returned a ton of results with threads that include Rolliworks in the title when I tried it.

Plenty of good shops that can repair cosmetic damage. Depends on where you live and who you want to use.
Rolliworks does good work; their specialty has been bracelet repairs/restorations.

They've done work for me. I was very happy. You should check out their Instagram page. Pretty relentless in their pursuit of trying to offer the next level of service.

I had a great experience with them. They did some laser welding on my GMT. I would highly recommend them.

They did really nice custom work on my riveted 18KT bracelet adding extra non-riveted links. But....... they LOST the solid gold springpin that came in the 18KT gold clasp (the springpin is used for fine adjustment). They actually shipped the bracelet back with no spring pin at all! They said they could not find it and offered to replace it with a 2 cent stainless pin. So I put my own stainless pin in it.
Still their workmanship was about perfect and I would still use them again. Next time I will document every detail with pictures and make sure they understand I want all the original parts back and/or installed on the watch. |

Yeah I wouldn’t be happy about that either. Even if just a spring bar. Gold versus steel. Not quite the same thing to say the least. I have used Rolliworks before on a band repair. Excellent work and I will use them again. Need a SD service and my local A D told me they would have to send off to Rolex because of the depth rating versus doing it in house.
