Has anyone ever seen a Sub with its crown guards removed?

Not that I would, but has anyone here ever done this mod?

As for the Sub, I barely wear mine now, but popped it on today and am loving it. We've had a long break into the years. YM and GMT getting preference.

Yes back in 2013 there was 60 made I can’t remember who made them but it was to commemorate the 60 yr anniversary of the big crown sub I’ll see if I can find it. If I remember correctly the base was the 114060.

Tempus Machina sold a mod like that.
I'm sure there were some other mod companies that did it as well.

The only reason to do that mod, which effectively changes the entire character and lines of the watch is for what, so it says Rolex on the dial. At that point it’s not Rolex, just scratch Rolex off the dial and put Bob, or whatever the name of the individual is doing the mod.
