Crown is not smooth after accidentally adjusting date around 11pm
I accidentally changed the date today on a 15720st while trying to wind the watch. The crown now feels like there is some rough resistance while: winding, changing date, changing time, and also even screwing down the crown…not sure if it had anything to do with changing the date while in the danger zone or not
Currently traveling and went to the closest boutique in Osaka, but I don’t think they understood what I said, nor do I know what they said. Sounded like they told me to go to a boutique back in USA to get it checked out. Any one else experience this? Should I stop using immediately? Thank you Watch purchased feb 2022 |

I encountered a similar problem. It went away on its own after a week cycle. You can try to advance the time forward 3 days or so. Or simply do nothing and observe it for the next week.

manually advance the date a full 30 day cycle. Let it run normally and see if it continues to work. If you damaged it then it will stop functioning properly and you’ll have to send it in for service.

Thanks guys. I wound it a full 2 months already but it still feels like there is a some resistance for every other circumference/rotation or so. Will see if it goes away in a few days
