Which is the most useless Feature(s) in your Rolex?

Hi guys,

So we all love our Rolex watches, but we do find some features that are totally useless to us and that we NEVER use.

For example....

1. The extension links on my Subs. Never use them.....and a pain in the butt to open up whenever I need to wash the watches!!

2. The rotating bezel - looks good, but never use it!!

So how about you??

Cheers - JJ

Well mine isn't exactly the watch itself, it's the pesky cushion that comes in the box. I've read somewhere? that it can stretch and ruin my bracelet!

If you wrap your watch with the clasp closed around that cushion, it could unnecessarily stretch the bracelet, but ONLY if it's too tight.

So just take off the outer "C" shaped thingy and wrap the watch arond the soft inner core. No problems.

True, but then that would apply to 99.999999999% of us Rolex users. Not really a nuisance.

For me, the date function is a bit of an over complication.

I can remember which date it is all day long without having to check my wrist.

Don't have one.

It'll give me the time and date while looking great doing it.

Everything I want and nothing I don't.

One question: If you need to store your Rolex, why use that cushion? Why not just place it in some safe place inside a soft pouch?

When you need to store your baldy head, why use a silly Rolex cap?

That cushion is not for your watch, it's for your Barbie doll.

Both that options you can pull off the watch and store at your pesky cushion.

JJ, this means only one thing: you need an Explorer! It is void of all the superfluous functions you mentioned, a Rolex with tons of history and it looks great on a carbon strap so you can mix and match

Surely the anit-magnetic properties of the Milgaus have got to be the most unused yet overrated Rolex feature
