RSC St James- London
In short, a wonderful service.
I telephoned this morning to ask about resizing an old folded link bracelet. Very helpful receptionist said to drop in (I’m only a few underground stops away) and let them have a look. They may be able to adjust it there, if not they could send to their jeweller in the Kent centre for a small charge. Dropped in a couple of hours later and they had a look. Linda removed a link, gave it back to me in a little Tudor bag, telling me to keep it as they’re like gold dust now, and said I was lucky as she was the only one there who could work on these old folded bracelets. Confirmed that it also shares a case with the old 1019 Milgauss. I left with a new service pouch too, and no charge either. Truly fantastic service and vintage owners need not fear.
