Spotted two new exhibition pieces at the AD

Stopped by the AD today. Spotted the new Air King and lefty GMT. First time seeing, or hearing about these as exhibition pieces.

Both were fun to try on!

Both are nice, but the VTNR is a bit of an oddity. That said, it will likely only be produced for a very limited number of years making it a potentially highly collectable piece.

VTNR just doesn't float my boat at all. As above, I do not think it will stay long in the Rolex lineup.

I also saw a VTNR for exhibition the other day at my AD, which I thought was odd considering how few models of those must be produced in comparison to the other GMT models.

I was explicitly marked "for exhibition only"

"So, all right, Lenny, help me move some of these, I've got an entire wearhouse of movements I've got to unload."

Be grateful man. Not everyone has the pleasure to have a Rolex rest on their bare skin, even if it’s just for a few seconds

An important perspective, thank you.

The lefty is growing on me. I’m not growing to love it, i’ve just grown to accept it. It’s starting to look more okay IRL.
