Rehaut markings
I've got a DateJust 16233 from before they started the ROLEXROLEXROLEXROLEXROLEX on the rehaut. But it has some random circle markings on it. Is this normal?

Welcome to the Forum. Not normal. Sounds like it could be scratches from some type of service but is difficult to tell without pictures.

Not sure how I would take a picture as I can only see them well with an eye glass and they're quite faint. It's three exact circles next to each other and I think two other random ones in other places. They take up the hight of the rehaut pretty much.
