Does anything challenge a Rubberb strap ?

Hi one and all.

I've recently treated myself to a 126660 (JC) and was wondering if there are any straps to challenge a Rubberb ?

I'm not a fan of steel bracelets so all my watches have rubber or leather straps and the DeepSea will be no different.

I've seen a picture of a nice black coloured strap with a thin blue line on either side but can't seem to find it in the 22mm size, any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Phill

HORUS Straps similar quality and LOTS of colour variations.. Rubber B can be pretty boring at times due to lack of choices to choose from.

Don't buy HORUS. I returned mine immediately, because it was inexpensive silicon that attracts dust.

Having owned just about everything, my preference is Hirsch Pure > one of the FKM straps from Straphabit or other brands > RubberB > Everest > ISOFRANE > Bonetto Cinturini Rubber >>>>>>>>> HORUS and Barton way behind the others.

I’ve seen ads recently for Delugs’ rubber CTS range, and it looks pretty cool.

No real world experience though.

Everest is the only one that comes to mind. I have a RubberB and it's great.

Do you have any photos of the Hirsch rubber straps on your watches? Was thinking about purchasing from their selection.

I have this, product is excellent in incorporating the glidelock clasp. You'll have to make sure to choose the right size based on your wrist measurements. IMO it's the best rubber strap for the 126660.

With that said, their customer service sucks primo but that's another story for another day. Product itself is stellar, but you'll pay a semi-premium for it (well worth the $280).

I second and third what was said about Horus straps. The silicone attracts dust and lint in a way you couldn’t comprehend.

The two heavy hitters are Everest and RubberB, but I prefer RubberB for the taper and the texture on the surface of their straps.

Top notch, in my opinion! I've had mine for 6 years (maybe 7?) and it's exactly the same as the day I got it.

Hirsch James (waterproof leather exterior with rubber underneath,) Hirsch Pure and FKM rubber strap by Straphabit, in that order:
